Prayer Path Ministry |
Luke 18:1 1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; Jesus recognises that the Christian life is one of great struggle with the enemy of our souls, the devil, who is characterised in 1Peter Ch 5:8 as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. St. Paul echoes similar statements, when he says in Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. The Prayer Path Ministry therefore sees its role as one of support for the entire Church, where persons meet either physically or by other means of communication, to fight against the enemy of our souls. Do you have a burden, a need or a concern? Then the Prayer Path Ministry can help you by mobilising its membership to prayer with you and for you, asking God to help you to cope in your time of trouble. The Prayer Path Ministry, often out of the lime light, is an extremely important element in keeping the Church vibrant and alive. You can become a part by offering yourself for service and joining in the fight against sin. Just contact the Church any time and we will be happy to assist you. |
